    Hi all,

    Just thought I'd share a useful tip i learnt from a personal trainer, let me know how you get on with it.

    The idea is you keep a "5 minute diary".

    Every morning you think about and write 1 goal to achieve that day for your work / career, your family and for your passion (I'm guessing that will be martial arts training for us). By doing each area it aims to help you balance and improve each important area of your life.

    By doing this at the start of the day, it gives you time to figure out how / when you will do it and plan your day.

    Every night, go back and write about your success. If you couldn't achieve then why and how you will change to do it next time.
