i made this post for people to ask for gear advice and ideas.

here’s mine...

so what are the best slippers to wear for tai chi on a wooden floor or lawn?
the usual woven reed soles with cotton fabric i find are always loose at the heel, and they are too slippy on polished floors for doing low work like snake weaves through the grass

i currently have a pair of felt slippers with rubber grippy heel backs and arch support and these are amazing but they are starting to fall apart
i cant train on cold floors in bare feet any more as it causes plantar fasciitis

any good footwear tips?
